 before running JkDefrag. do the following:

Turn off page file.
How. right click my computer - properties - advanced. Performance section click advanced settings - change.
no pagging click the file.

Turn off system restore.
right click my computer - properties - system restore.
turn off system restore on all hard drives.

Turn off antivirus.
In order for defrag process faster.

Then run JkDefrag.exe. wait until the process is complete. could be left with a wrong "or eating.

A little trick to increase computer performance.
1. Turn off the indexing service. HDD right click - properties.
remove Allow Indexing Service to index this disk for fast file searching
do on all drives.

2. Fix unnecessary startup items using HijackThis.
